    Thomas F. (“Tom”) Lesinski is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of National CineMedia, Inc. (NCMI) He also serves on the board of NCMI as a Director.

    A highly accomplished executive with a career bridging the entertainment, digital media, sales, marketing and advertising industries, Lesinski was appointed to the role of CEO in 2019 after serving as both an Independent Director (2014) and Chairman of the Board (2018) of NCMI. Since, 2015, he had also served as CEO of Sonar Entertainment, a leading TV production company, after serving as a Sonar Board Director since 2013.

    His extensive 25-year Hollywood career also includes prior leadership roles as CEO of Sonar Entertainment, a leading TV production company, after serving as a Sonar Board Director since 2013. His extensive 25-year Hollywood career also includes prior leadership roles as CEO and founder of Energi Entertainment, President of Digital Content & Distribution with Legendary Entertainment, President of Paramount Pictures Digital Entertainment and President of Worldwide Home Entertainment for Paramount, and both Executive Vice President and General Manager of Home Entertainment and Executive Vice President, Worldwide Marketing & Development at Warner Bros. He began his career in advertising, working at industry leaders BBDO, Foote, Cone & Belding, and Clairol Inc.

    He holds bachelor’s degree in Journalism and master’s degree in Advertising from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.

    Clifford (Cliff) E. Marks is President of National CineMedia, Inc. An advertising, marketing and sales professional for over 30 years, Marks leads the NCM's sales, marketing and affiliate partnerships divisions and is based in the company’s New York office.

    Marks joined NCM as an original member of the company’s leadership team in 2002, when it was then the Regal Entertainment Group media subsidiary known as Regal CineMedia Corporation. He was named president of sales and marketing when Regal CineMedia became National CineMedia in 2005 with the addition of AMC and later Cinemark as founding member theater circuits, and was named President of NCM in 2016. Marks was the visionary behind the creation and evolution of NCM’s groundbreaking movie pre-show — the first to combine entertainment content and advertising — turning cinema into not only a powerful sight-sound-and-motion medium, but a key premium video option in today’s fragmented media landscape. Today NCM’s Noovie pre-show is seen by over 750 million moviegoers a year, with a complementary Noovie digital ecosystem that leads audiences to what’s next in entertaining content, purposeful commerce and interactive gaming.

    Before joining NCM, Marks was a 14-year veteran of ESPN/ABC Sports, where as senior vice president he oversaw its $2.0 billion sales organization. Marks was instrumental in developing vertically integrated advertising packages for clients across multiple platforms, including ABC Sports programming, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Classic, ESPNews, ESPN.com, ESPN magazine, ESPN radio and ESPNZone restaurants. From 1986 through 1989, Marks was an executive at The Nashville Network. He began his career at prominent New York advertising agencies Young & Rubicam (1985-86) and BBDO (1983-85).

    He currently serves as a director on the Executive Board of the Screen Advertising World Association (SAWA), and also serves on the marketing committee of the International 3D Society. Marks has also served several terms as president and chairman of the Cinema Advertising Council (CAC).

    Mrs. Hilty is Executive Vice President & General Counsel of National CineMedia, Inc., based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Centennial, Colorado.

    An attorney with more than 20 years of experience covering a wide range of business and legal matters, Hilty joined NCM in 2018 from CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd. in Denver, where she served as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate. Hilty began her career at Hogan & Hartson, LLP in Denver as an associate in the Business and Finance Group and became a partner in 2004. 

    Hilty holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School.

    Scott Felenstein is the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of National CineMedia (NCM), LLC and National CineMedia, Inc., based in the company’s New York office.

    He joined NCM in 2017 from Discovery Communications, Inc. where he spent 17 years rising through the ranks in various management positions. Felenstein most recently served as executive vice president, national advertising sales, overseeing advertising sales for the company’s portfolio of networks across all platforms, along with managing relationships with top agencies and clients across the marketplace. He was previously senior vice president, advertising sales for Discovery Channel, Science Channel, American Heroes Channel and Velocity. Felenstein joined Discovery in 2000 as an account executive for Animal Planet, Travel Channel, Discovery Health, and the company’s emerging networks. He was promoted to vice president in 2001 and then to senior vice president in 2005. Before joining Discovery, Scott held several positions in digital ad sales at Excite@Home and worked as an Account Executive at CBS Sports. His career in advertising began on the agency side as an Assistant Network Buyer at Ogilvy and Mather and later as a Network Buyer at Bozell, Kenyon, Jacobs & Eckhardt.

    Felenstein was named as one of Broadcasting & Cable’s Next Wave of Leaders in 2013, and currently serves as President & Chairman of the Cinema Advertising Council (CAC). He holds a B.A. in Communication from the State University of New York Albany.

    Chuck Fredrick is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) with National CineMedia (NCM), based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Centennial, Colorado.

    A veteran Information Technology executive, Fredrick joined NCM in 2014. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture with CoreSite LLC, responsible for the overall planning, integration and successful delivery of all software applications. He also previously served as Chief Information Officer for the City and County of Denver, where he spearheaded Denver’s plan to modernize technology services for 600,000 residents, crafted Denver’s technology investment and governance processes, and implemented industry IT standards that allowed for cost reduction, as well as continuous gains in efficiency and productivity. Before Denver, Fredrick served as the Chief Technology Officer and Deputy CIO for Douglas County, CO, and also held numerous management positions with Nextel/Sprint. He began his career as a Captain and Acquisitions Officer in the U.S. Air Force, where he specialized in managing complex IT programs, ranging from support contracts for the Air Force Ballistic Missile Defense Program Office to cutting-edge rapid development prototypes for the Space Warfare Center.

    Chuck holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Marketing-emphasized MBA from the University of Colorado Springs.

    Rick Butler is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer with National CineMedia (NCM), leading the company’s digital products and data initiatives from the company’s Los Angeles office.

    Butler has extensive experience in the digital entertainment space and is perhaps best known as the executive behind Fandango, building that $500 million e-commerce revenue channel both as Chief Operating Officer, and later as Executive Vice President (NBCU) & General Manager, Fandango following the company’s acquisition by Comcast.

    Butler also previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Outbox Enterprises, an AEG/Cirque du Soleil joint venture that provides web and mobile box office solutions as well as back office systems for some of the largest concert and sporting venues in the world. His past experience also includes roles as President of Playa Vista Consulting; Senior Vice President Operations with FinancialPrinter.com, the first fully web-based national financial document services company; as Vice President, Operations with Bowne & Co., Inc., the world’s largest financial printing firm; and several roles with R.R. Donnelley & Sons, a global provider of integrated communications drawing on a range of digital and conventional technologies.

    Adam Johnson is Senior Vice President of Operations and Planning with National CineMedia (NCM), based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Centennial, Colorado.     Johnson holds a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, where he also anchored sports broadcasting for the student radio station WPGU FM 107 One “The Planet.”

    Christine Fenner is Senior Vice President of Human Resources with National CineMedia (NCM), based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Centennial, Colorado. She is responsible for all areas of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, change management, benefits and wellness, compensation, performance reviews, employee recognition, organizational development, and training. She joined NCM in 2015 as Director of People and Organization and was promoted to Vice President of People & Organization in 2016.

    Prior to NCM, she spent seven years as a Human Resources Consultant with Christine Fenner Productions, LLC focusing on the training and development of employees and leaders, executive coaching, and general HR and Wellness Plan development. Her past experience also includes roles as Benefits & Payroll Manager with Flad Affiliated Corp (2004), Benefits Administrator with Stoughton Trailers, Inc (2002), and Human Resources Manager with The Employer Group and Independent Living (2000).

    Fenner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law.
